Shipping & Returns

  1. All requests for refunds and exchanges receive an RMA number through the "Contact Us" page. If your request is approved, an RMA number and return shipping information will be provided to you.
  2. Once a package has been opened it may not be returned for refund and may only be exchanged for an identical item. Refunds/exchanges on downloaded products will only be accepted if the data provided is corrupt, unavailable or is otherwise not the item that was purchased.
  3. Shipping, handling, package, transportation, and other third party costs will not be refunded except as a direct result of an error on the part of the NavData USA operators or suppliers.
  4. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed beyond 30 days of the original transaction and shall not exceed the value of the original purchase.
